The daily ashram schedule of morning and evening satsang (meditation, chanting and a short talk on the philosophy of yoga), morning and afternoon yoga classes and an afternoon programme gives plenty of free time to rest or socialise with like-minded guests. We enjoy two delicious vegetarian meals daily. All guests are encouraged to help around the Ashram (karma yoga) for an hour daily.
