
This is an open Sunday afternoon open to the community where you can come and do an asana class and a vegetarian full meal for a nominal donation of $10. Children are free.

Yoga Class and Relaxation 4-6pm
Vegetarian Buffet Dinner 6-7pm
Satsang (optional) - Guided silent meditation, chanting and lecture 8-9:30pm
Class Pass
If you like the asana class, we would encourage you to buy a class pass for 8 yoga classes for a discounted donation of $60/8 classes. Classes are held everyday, but specifically for class-pass holders on Wednesdays 4-6pm, Saturdays 8-10am, and Sundays 4-6pm.
The ashram, founded in 1971 by Swami Vishnu-Devananda in the Sierra foothills, is a non-profit organization entirely run by volunteers and yogis, dedicated to promoting a healthy and disciplined lifestyle, which is conducive to high consciousness and individual and world peace. The ashram facility is an ideal location for all to come to learn from this tradition.
