Sadhana, Silence and Yoga Sutras

09/13/09 to 09/18/09

Taught by Swami Sitaramananda •

This week will give the opportunity for all serious yoga students and teachers to come for a week of sadhana and mouna (silence).

The daily schedule of satsanga and Yoga classes will be as usual, except participants will keep mouna the rest of the day. There will be a daily session from 1-3 pm for studying the Raja Yoga Sutras of Patanjali under the guidance of Swami Sitaramananda, accompanied by short discussions how these teachings can be applied in daily life.

Give to yourself time to reflect, relax and be your Self!

For Yoga teachers, stay over the weekend, September 18-20, for the yearly alumni meeting of the West Coast Sivananda Yoga Teachers. You might consider also staying on for the Ayurvedic Cleansing and Rejuvenation Retreat which follows. A once a year boost for body, mind and spirit.
