Kids Yoga, Ages 7-11
Our yoga classes are comprised of traditional yoga poses, breathing and concentration exercises, inspiring stories and games set to music, all taught in a playful, engaging manner, concluded by guided relaxation. Children learn how to energize themselves by stretching into various postures, and how to calm themselves by controlling the breath. An 8 week course.

Yoga Course for Teens, Ages 13 - 17
In this class teens will learn postures that will help keep the body healthy and exerecises, breathing and relaxation techniques that wil help to deal with stress, improve concentration and mental stability. The course is taught by an experienced and dynamic young instructor who is able to relate to students of this age. An 8 week course.

Yoga 1 - Beginners - Part I
A systematic introduction to the theory and practice of Yoga for beginners or for anyone looking to renew their practice. Step by step approach for developing strength, flexibility, good breathing habits, concentration and relaxation.

The course introduces 'The 5 Points of Yoga', 12 "basic" yoga postures (Asanas), Breathing exercises (Pranayama), Relaxation exercises, Introduction to proper diet, Introduction to positive thinking and meditation. A four-week course meeting twice a week.

Practical hints
Please arrive at least 5 minutes prior to class. It is recommended not to eat two to three hours before class. Wear loose comfortable clothing.

Develop and perfect the techniques learned in Yoga 1 with variations and more in-depth theory. A four-week course meeting twice a week.

Yoga 4 - Advanced with Prahlada
This course is for students who want a more advanced practice and have completed Yoga 3. In addition to the advanced practice of Asanas, sessions will focus on detailed corrections and anatomical details, breathing and Pranayama, advanced variations and Yoga philosophy.A four-week course meeting twice a week.

EVENING

Yoga 5 - Advanced with Prahlada
This course offers a natural progression from Yoga 4 and will combine the practice of Asanas with more advanced Pranayama techniques. Yoga Kriyas mantra chanting and meditation.

Private Classes
Due to the increased demand from students who are not able to attend regular scheduled classes or who require personal attention, the center now offers private classes. All classes are 90 minutes.

At the center:$60 per class (60 minutes)
At your location Downtown:$100 per class (60 minutes)
At your location Scarborough or Mississauga:$125 per class (60 minutes)


Also available are one on one private classes with Prahlada $100 per class for each 60 minutes (only at the center).
