A systematic introduction to the theory and practice of Yoga for beginners or for anyone looking to renew their practice. Step by step approach for developing
strength, flexibility, good breathing habits, concentration and relaxation.
The course introduces 'The 5 Points of Yoga', 12 "basic" yoga postures (Asanas), Breathing exercises (Pranayama), Relaxation exercises, Introduction to
proper diet, Introduction to positive thinking and meditation. A four-week course meeting twice a week. | |

the center now offers private classes. All classes are 90 minutes.
