Registration and Other Useful Information
Registration
Courses begin on a regular basis. We advise advance registration for courses and workshops. Full payment is required at the time of course commencement.
If you would like to try a class before registering come along to the Open House the last Sunday of each month at 3.30 - 6.00 pm.
Booking
Please book in advance for courses. Transfer between courses incurs Rs 50 fee.
Cheques should be payable to SIVANANDA YOGA VEDANTA CENTRE MADURAI.
Payments are not cash refundable.
Payments
We accept cash and cheque payments only. No credit card payments are accepted.
Refunds/Cancellations
No refunds under any circumstances. A credit note, will be issued in the event of cancellation up to 48 hrs before the commencement of the course. This may be used for any other class/course but not cannot be used to purchase boutique items.
Cancellation of a course/workshop by the centre will result in a full refund of any monies paid.
Missed classes
Missed classes during courses cannot be made up or substituted with classes from another course or with open classes.
Boutique
The centre has a small boutique selling a selection of books, tapes, cds, clothing, yoga mats and a range of other yoga related items.
General Information
Please arrive on time for all classes and avoid leaving early. Late comers may not be allowed entry to class.
Mobile phones must be switched off and not used within the centre.
Wear comfortable loose clothing. Cotton is preferable. We ask you to dress modestly, with shoulders, midriff and legs covered. Changing rooms are available.
We recommend you do not eat for 2 - 3 hours before a class.
Centre rules
To maintain the spiritual atmosphere we ask all centre guests to comply with the centre rules and guidelines.
