Tuition fee
2.400 euros. Includes all activities, course manual, two yoga pants and t-shirts, administration fees, as well as room and board.

Balance is due four weeks before the beginning of the course. In case of cancellation there will be no cash refund. You will receive a credit note minus 150 Euros for administrative cost. This credit note can be used for other courses in any Sivananda Center or Ashram, but cannot be used to purchase boutique items.

What to bring
- Books: The Complete Illustrated Book of Yoga by Swami Vishnu-devananda, The New Book of Yoga/The Sivananda Companion to Yoga and The Bhagavad Gita with commentary by Swami Sivananda. These are available at our centers. Please order in advance.
- Yoga mat, meditation cushion, toiletries, blanket, towels, paper and pen, torch, warm and comfortable clothing, slippers and comfortable shoes for hiking.
- At the initiation ceremony you will be given the Sivananda manual for Yoga Teachers, two pairs of yoga pants and two t-shirts. Our boutique will be open daily and supply books, cassettes, yoga clothing, mats, cushions and other items.

Helpful Reminders
Attendance to all programs is mandatory. In order to maintain the proper atmosphere, no meat, fish, alcohol, tobacco, coffee, black tea, eggs, drugs and revealing clothing are allowed. The use of these prohibited articles may lead to dismissal from the course. During the course we cannot cater to personal dietary preferences except the yogic-vegetarian meals.
