The different centers and ashrams might have different rates and schedules, but all our teachers are trained and certified Sivananda Yoga instructors. At all our locations, you can expect the teachers to have taken the Sivananda Yoga Teachers Training Course, to practice daily meditation and to follow a vegetarian diet. These centers also follow the Sivananda teachings in a pure manner as taught by Swami Vishnu-devananda.
