is a natural continuation for those who have completed Yoga
1. The course focuses on the correct performance of the basic
asanas and pranayama; with the addition of variations on the basic
twelve as well as the introduction of other additional asanas. More
advanced theory is included.
Yoga 2 is an 5-session course consisting of one 90-minute class per week.
