We are located at 13325 Beach Ave in Marina del Rey close to the intersection of Lincoln and Washington. Here is our place in the world according to Map Quest.

From Venice/Santa Monica

Head South on Lincoln Ave and turn left onto Washington Blvd. Turn right on Redwood Ave. Then make a quick right into Beach Ave. We are on the ground floor of the ivy covered building on the right.

From Downtown Los Angeles Area

Take the I-10 West towards Santa Monica. Merge onto the 405 South Bound towards LAX/Long Beach. Take the Venice Blvd exit and turn left onto Sawtelle Blvd. Turn right on Washington Blvd. Continue for approx 3.5 miles heading west and then left on Redwood Ave. Then make a quick right into Beach Ave. We are on the ground floor of the ivy covered building on the right.

From the San Fernando Valley

Take the 405 south. Take the Venice Blvd exit and turn left onto Sawtelle Blvd. Turn right on Washington Blvd and then left on Redwood Ave. Then make a quick right into Beach Ave. We are on the ground floor of the ivy covered building on the right.

From the South Bay

Take the 405 north to the Venice exit. Turn right at the end of the exit ramp and then turn right towards Washington Blvd. Continue approx 3.5 miles west on Washington Blvd and then turn left on Redwood Ave. Then make a quick right into Beach Ave. We are on the ground floor of the ivy covered building on the right.

From San Gabriel Valley & Inland Empire

Take the 10 west or 60 west to the 10 west. Take the I-10 West towards Santa Monica. Merge onto the 405 South Bound towards LAX/Long Beach.
