Open classes
Open to all on a drop-in basis. The open class covers the 12 basic postures with variations, pranayama (breathing exercises), relaxation and Surya Namaskar (sun salutations).
Class duration: 1½ hours
Course donations:
- Single class Rs 100
- 10 class pass (valid for 6 months) Rs 500
- Unlimited monthly pass: Rs 600 (Non-Members), Rs 450 (Members)
- Unlimited yearly pass: Rs 4,500 (Members)

Advanced Classes
The Advanced Class has longer holding and variations of the 12 basic postures. Students should be able to hold headstand and other basic postures with ease.
Duration: 2 hours
Schedule: Sundays 3:30pm to 5:30pm
Class donation:
- Rs 100 per class (Members)
- Rs 150 per class (Non-Members)
